All property particulars, descriptions, images, floor areas, locations, prices and availability shown on this website are provided in good faith for general guidance only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, a statement of fact, an offer, or part of any contract.

• Accuracy — While we take care to keep listings accurate and up to date, details are obtained from developers and owners and may change without notice. Errors and omissions may occur.
• Prices — Prices are indicative, may be quoted in USD or KES, may exclude taxes, legal fees and other costs, and are subject to change. Currency conversions are approximate.

06 Off-Plan & Third-Party Developments

Some properties marketed here are off-plan or under construction and are built and sold by independent third-party developers. Farman Real Estate acts only as a marketing agent — we are not the developer, builder or seller, and we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the completion, timing, quality, specification or delivery of any development. Off-plan purchases carry additional risk, including delay or non-completion. Buyers must carry out their own due diligence on the developer, the title and all approvals before paying any deposit or entering any agreement.

07 Our Role

Farman Real Estate acts as a property marketing and brokerage agent, introducing buyers and tenants to properties, owners and developers. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we are not the owner, seller, landlord or developer of any property listed and act as an intermediary only. Any contract for the sale or letting of a property is entered into directly between you and the property owner or developer.

10 Identity Checks & Anti-Money-Laundering

As a real estate business, we are required to comply with Kenya's anti-money-laundering framework (including the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2009). Before completing a transaction we may be required to verify the identity of buyers and sellers (Know-Your-Customer / KYC) and to keep records. By instructing us you agree to provide the identification we reasonably request.
